Privacy Policy & KVKK Disclosure
At TEPRO Makine ve Otomasyon Sistemleri, we value the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the principles of the GDPR, regarding the processing of personal data of visitors to the tepro.com.tr website.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by TEPRO Makine ve Otomasyon Sistemleri as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity and Contact Data: Name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, company information (when you submit it to us via forms).
- Transaction Security Data: IP address, browser information, visit logs, cookie data.
- Request and Application Data: Information you share through information request forms, job applications and contact messages.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to your requests, conducting sales and service processes, evaluating job applications, improving the Site, fulfilling legal obligations and carrying out communication activities.
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: your explicit consent, necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with our suppliers, business partners and authorised public institutions for the realisation of the above purposes, in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is transferred abroad only in accordance with the legislation.
6. AI-Powered Chat Assistant
The Site offers an AI-powered chat assistant to answer your questions. Before using the assistant you are asked to complete a short form with your name, e-mail and phone number.
- Data processed: The name, e-mail, phone and company information you provide in the form, together with the content of the messages you write during the chat.
- Purpose: Understanding your request, directing you to the appropriate product/service and enabling our sales team to contact you.
- Transfer abroad: In order to generate responses, your messages and the contact details you provided are transferred to the servers of our AI service provider (currently Anthropic, USA). The transfer is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
- Retention: Chat records are kept for a maximum of 12 months and are deleted automatically at the end of that period.
- Recommendation: Please do not enter sensitive data such as identity numbers, health information or bank/card details into the chat window.
Use of the assistant is not mandatory; you may submit the same requests via the contact form, e-mail or telephone. You may request deletion of your chat records using the application method in Section 10.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purposes and the statutory limitation periods; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Data Security
Appropriate technical and administrative measures are taken to protect your personal data against unlawful access, loss or alteration.
9. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction of unlawful data, to request restriction of processing, and to claim compensation in case of damage.

To exercise the above rights, you may send your requests to info@tepro.com.tr or use our data request form. Your applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
